Your flat rate repaired item will then be shipped by USPS, after payment has been received and your units have been repaired. We no longer give advance replacements due to: customers sending in a different unit than they pay for online or 'core' sent in is beyond reasonable repair. You will get back the
same unit you sent in, if it is repairable. We will repair your actual
unit then a delay of three to five days may occur to allow us time to repair
your unit. If your unit is beyond repair we will return it to you at your expense for the shipping. We do not repair units that have been salted, burned, water damaged
or vandalized. If your current unit has any of the damage listed then please do
not send it to us. If your unit is beyond repair please see our refurbished
units for outright purchase, instead of our flat rate repair service.

Our flat rate; service provides you with a preset flat rate cost, including all parts and all labor. With our service you will never have any surprises as to what your final repair bill will be.

*WARNING, BEFORE REMOVING OR INSTALLING ANY BILL VALIDATOR OR COIN MECH SHUT OFF ALL POWER TO THE MACHINE. DO NOT TURN POWER BACK ON UNTIL ALL CONNECTIONS TO THE COIN MECH HAVE BEEN PLUGGED IN. FAILURE TO FOLLOW THIS PROCEDURE COULD CAUSE SERIOUS DAMAGE TO THE COIN MECH AND VOID THE WARRANTY. All COIN MECHS listed on this page have been tested in actual machines. Should the COIN MECH you order not work when it arrives we will replace it under our 90 day limited warranty plane once it has been returned to us for examination. Should we find that the COIN MECH has been miss handled, blown up due to negligence or failure to turn power off before installing then these actions void our warranty. Should your machine have another problem and the COIN MECH does not fix your machine then remember that we do not accept returns on electronic parts. Should you order the wrong COIN MECH for your machine then we will gladly exchange it for the correct COIN MECH providing you pay the postage both ways.
